Duties and Responsibilities:

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Company Driver is responsible in providing secure and timely driving services/ or safety transporting of Company Executives, officers, employees, VIPs, Doctors and guests of SV More Group of Companies.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. Key Task: Transporting/Driving Services

1. Responsible for the safety transporting of Company Executives, officers, employees, Santillana family members, VIP Doctors and guests of SV More Group of Companies.

2. Facilitate driving services to the Doctors as approved by the Management.

3. On per assignment basis, transport/deliver pharmaceutical products to clients in different areas of Bacolod City.

4. Performs the messengerial task such as delivering documents to different offices, as per instruction of Company Officers.

II. Key Task: Service/Company Vehicles Maintenance Management

1. Conducts the pre and post trip checks (check listing) of the vehicle/unit each time it is used.

2. Fuel vehicle as required and record information as procedure.

3. Maintains the cleanliness of the company owned vehicles by conducting the regular cleaning (before and after use).

4. Submits report of any observed defect of the vehicle for proper action.

5. Submits the company vehicle (as per schedule and instructed by Company Officer) in authorized service center for check-ups/regular service maintenance.

6. Report incidents and/or involvement in an accident or committed driving violation (with supporting/required documents) as per policy.

III. Key Task: Other Administrative Functions

1. Process the annual vehicle registration (renewal) of company vehicles.

2. Facilitate Cancellation of Mortgage documents and Cancellation of Encumbrance both at Registry of Deeds and LTO.

3. Request budget for gas, toll fee, meal/s and other possible expenses to incur during driving servicing.

4. On-time liquidation (with official receipt) of the requested servicing budget.

5. Conducts the check listing of company owned vehicles for record and documentation purposes.

6. To actively participate in the Emergency (Fire and Earthquake) Brigade Organization of the SV More Group of Companies by being the member of the Medical Team (First Aid) who is responsible in transporting to the nearest hospital the employee/s require/s immediate medical attention.

Qualifications Required:

  • College graduate of any course
  • Must have a Professional Driver’s License
  • Must have at least 3 years working experience in the same role
  • Must not have any criminal or derogatory records (Police and NBI Clearance is required)
  • Must have clean bill of health and without any physical disabilities
