In-charge of converting target doctors to customers through effective marketing and

JOB OVERVIEW: 

The Accountant supports executive management team by ensuring the integrity of accounting information thru analyzing, recording, verifying, and consolidating financial transactions that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company. He/She shall be involved in overseeing the overall operation of the Finance and Accounting Department of S.V. More Pharma Corporation.

He/She shall act as signatory to various reports and tax forms being submitted to BIR.

Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Prepares, examines, and analyzes accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.

II. Assumes a supervisory function to the Bookkeeper Specialist and CAMO Head.

III. Oversees the operations of the Accounting, Cashiering Department, and Customers Account Management Office.

IV. Reviews and/or finalizes taxes and fees owed.

V. Manages the preparation of the Company’s Budget to be endorsed for approval.

VI. Management of Cash – Ensures the availability of cash prior to approval and release. Analyzes available cash on hand and together with the VP-Comptroller endorses the investment of available funds to a higher interest-earning account.

VII. Approval of Bi-monthly Payroll of employees; Authorizes online fund transfer and crediting of amounts and updates the payroll Masterfile system for all changes in the pay package of the employees.

VIII. Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures. Reviews and aids in the management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Finance & Accounting Office.

IX. Analyzes and recommends regarding issues on resource utilization, tax strategies, and the development of accounting control procedures.

X. Assists and monitors IT – Department in enhancing accounting related system such as bridge, accounting system, purchase book and CDV system.

XI. Ensures compliance, examines and facilitates preparation of internal and external auditors’ and other government agencies’ requirements.

JOB OVERVIEW: 

The Company Nurse assists the Medical Director and other doctors in the company in performing key tasks and activities in various areas of Health Services including Occupational Health and Safety (in collaboration with HRD).

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide prompt first aid treatment, administer medicines, and offer medical advice and other forms of health-related assistance to employees.

2. Coordinate referrals of sick employees to hospitals and/or specialists for necessary treatment, diagnostic work-ups, procedures, and confinement as necessary.

3. Attend to employees during transport from the workplace to the hospital and while waiting for relatives.

4. Regularly monitor and record the blood pressure (BP) of employees with hypertension and pre-hypertension and prepare summary reports on BP monitoring with necessary recommendations.

5. Manage and procure medicines and medical supplies for the clinic and designated areas (e.g., medical clinic, conference room, subsidiary offices), ensuring supply adequacy and regularly checking their condition and expiration dates.

6. Maintain individual patient health records and files of consultations (e.g., medical consults, BP readings).

7. Review, monitor, and record employees’ compliance with Annual Medical Examinations (AME).

8. Collaborate with HRD in promptly informing employees and their Immediate Officers (IOs) of major AME findings that require urgent medical attention.

9. Create and periodically update reports, including:

• Individual Summary of AME results with medical requirements forwarded by HRD and Subsidiary Officers after reviewed and validated by doctors. Identify employees with major or chronic illnesses that require monitoring and follow-up medical tests and consultations.

• Summary of AME results per subsidiary

• Summary of employees’ compliance with AME requirements, follow-up tests, and consultations with specialist

• Other health-related reports (e.g., List of High-Risk Employees, Annual Medical Report for submission to DOLE- DOH, WAIR in collaboration with HR).

10. Collaborate with HRD in communicating individual summaries of AME results/ findings, medical instructions, and deficiencies to employees and or their IO/Subsidiary Officer

11. Collaborate with HRD point person to identify employees with a pattern of frequent absences due to illness and maintain the list.

12. Periodically update the Doctors’ Directory and facilitate employee referrals to specialists or hospitals as needed.

13. Assist the Doctors and HRD in checking medical reimbursements and preparing related reports (e.g., medical reimbursement summary and follow-on instructions to employees).

14. Coordinate all health-related activities within the company (e.g., health education, vaccination, lifestyle intervention, distributing health advisories, awareness campaigns, response to epidemics.)

15. Ensure compliance of the company with DOLE- Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) and submit required reports.

16. Implement the following DOLE-OSHS directives for workplace policies and programs in collaboration with HRD and Safety Officers:

• Drug-Free workplace policy and program

• Workplace policy and program on Hepatitis B

• HIV / AIDS workplace policy and program

• Workplace policy and program on Tuberculosis (TB) prevention and control

• Mental health services in the workplace

• Healthy Lifestyle

17. Perform other duties and responsibilities (e.g., listing of employees with serious illness who require prolonged sick leave, medical reimbursements 3k above, employees with sick leave of more than 3 days, etc.).
